We’re beyond excited to announce that American pro-racer Abby Froehlich has officially joined the VChamp Series for Season 1. This marks an incredible new chapter in Abby’s racing career — one fueled by passion, precision, and pure determination.

From Karting to Formula Cars — The Fast Rise of Abby Froehlich

Abby’s journey into motorsports began just a couple of years ago, but her growth on track has been nothing short of phenomenal.

She first discovered her love for racing in 2023, getting her start behind the wheel of a Rotax recreational kart. It wasn’t long before her natural speed and focus turned heads in the karting community. By 2024, Abby was competing in the competitive CKNA LO206 karting series, where she quickly began to establish herself as a driver to watch.

Her entry into the VChamp Series represents another bold step in her progression as a driver determined to make her mark at every level of the sport.

A Trailblazer on and off the Track

Transitioning from karting to open-wheel cars is no small feat. It takes skill, adaptability, and confidence — all of which Abby has shown in abundance.

But Abby’s story is about more than just racing. She’s also helping pave the way for more women in motorsport, showing that passion and performance know no boundaries. Through Passenger Princess Racing, she’s part of a movement dedicated to promoting diversity, visibility, and empowerment for women and underrepresented racers in the sport.

Beyond the VChamp Cockpit

Outside the driver’s seat, Abby is an advocate for neurodiversity and openly shares her experience living with severe ADHD. She’s passionate about showing how different ways of thinking can become superpowers in high-performance environments like motorsports.

When she’s not at the track, Abby enjoys sim racing, engineering design, and connecting with fans and supporters who share her passion for racing and innovation.
